Terms of service
Effective October 22, 2026 · Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms are between you and Quill Hound ("we", "us"), which operates Bridge Hound. By signing in you agree to them. If you use Bridge Hound for a company, you confirm you may do so for that company, and these terms also bind it.
The service
Bridge Hound reads the Outlook mailbox of each person who signs in and turns logging on, and logs email with people in the company's Salesforce as email activities there. It works with Microsoft 365 work accounts and Salesforce orgs that allow an integration user. Our privacy policy describes what is read and stored.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only mailboxes and Salesforce orgs you are allowed to, and have whatever notice or consent your company's policies and the law require for logging business email into a CRM.
- Don't use Bridge Hound to log email you aren't allowed to keep in Salesforce, such as regulated information your company has not approved for Salesforce. Mark such email Private in Outlook, or pause logging.
- Keep your company's Salesforce integration user's permissions to what Bridge Hound needs: read Contacts, Leads and Users, and create Tasks.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security.
What we don't promise
We work to log every eligible email promptly and to show you anything that wasn't, but Microsoft, Salesforce or the network can be unavailable, and matching is by email address only. Bridge Hound is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Bridge Hound in the 12 months before it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app or removing Bridge Hound from your Microsoft account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Logged activities stay in your company's Salesforce.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@bridgehound.com.
